Recently, the UA Trombone Octet completed the first round of recording sessions for a cd to be released after the 2013-14 academic year. Included on the project will be Anthony Barfield's "Invisible Light"…written for the UA Trombone Choir and soloist Peter Ellefson. This work has been performed at the Eastern Trombone Workshop, the International Trombone Festival (Nashville) and the Alessi Seminar.
